She provides tools to deal with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, family and relational trauma.

Somatic therapy sessions will inspire you to make make sustainable choices through managing stress, processng stored trauma and soothing anxiety to find balance in what may feel like disruptive states. You will learn to confidently adapt and make empowering changes that will support you in your physical, emotional and mental health now and for years to come.
